These I think will be very helpful. The first is a vitual University set up by UNESCO - and gives some emerging models!!!!!. The second is a UNESCO paper abot setting up a virtual university in India.
Look up www.unesco.org/iiep/virtualuniversity/home. For numerous papers on the Indian example and a set up paper go to google and type in Netvarsity + India. good Luck Do you find this valuable?

Thanks Dean. I think we neesd to start the risk analysis of (this is what we were tasked to complete as a group). I have started this for my 5th Generation section so will post something around for comment.
