This section deals with the funding options for the e-learning business, venture capital being only one of several options. Alterantives include family/friends and grants to cover very early stage ventures, followed by seed corn funds (soft funds), venture capital, corporate and bank loans for businesses growing and expanding.

In addtion to selecting the right option, or bundle (leverage) , for funding this venture we have to consider the risks assoicated with each. The question of UK funding, African funding or through global schemes will be researched in detail.
